Job Description


TITLE: Digital Recruitment Specialist


Under general supervision, the Digital Recruitment Specialist performs professional-level, individual
analysis of daily internal and external communications and marketing, including creation, development,
execution and distribution. The Digital Recruitment Specialist’s scope of work includes management of
social media and website content as well as analysis of digital marketing initiatives that support employee
recruitment and retention. Employee must be able to work independently, have strong
organizational/project management skills, and collaborate well with others.


1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and relevant experience related to area of assignment is
required; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully
perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
2. State of Arizona Identity Verified (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
3. Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local laws, as pertain to public education, media and
6. Ability to communicate clearing and concisely to a wide range of audiences in diverse situations
through a variety of media
7. Proficiency with various technology systems used for analysis, reporting, and data collections (i.e.
Microsoft products, Google Analytics, Hootsuite or other social media management systems)

- Create content and analyze impact on District social media, website and other platforms (print,
digital, video)
- Analyze social media and website engagement to help support best practices for recruitment and
- Monitor school social media and web pages to identify out-of-date information and check for
brand integrity
- Engage with customers on social media and other interactive platforms with professionalism and
- Manage, write, and execute outbound campaigns of paid and organic digital prospect strategies,
including search, social, optimization efforts and campaign analysis to meet and/or exceed
campaign goals
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Strategic Partnerships and Communication to ensure
brand consistency and uniformity of visual assets across all communications platforms.
- Build and cultivate relationships with faculty, students, and staff to encourage and share
community made marketing content
- Researches and remains current with recruitment and retention strategies
- Perform other duties as assigned.
